I decided to put together the information related to the various pieces of equipment I have been using on my various trips.
Obviously, most of the time, when backpacking a simple backpack (although mine is quite modified!), with my basic survival items and clothing is sufficient, but I wanted to give people an idea of the equipment involved in overlanding, sailing or flying. I hope these pages prove useful to anyone contemplating a similar set of journeys.
As always, I strive to improve my equipment for stuff that works "better". If you have put together your own system, car or boat, and have discovered some better or easier way to achieve certain results, please share with me and I will be able to improve my own equipment accordingly...
